Robonito is No Code QA Automation platform for web and APIs testing tool build for QA teams, Robonito helps reduce manual testing efforts by streamlining and accelerating test coverage across web applications & API testing.It empowers QA engineers to build, manage, and execute tests with greater efficiency, while maintaining quality at scale.
MY ROLE
As the Product Manager for Robonito, I led the cross functional team from features discovery and strategy to launch planning. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, QA professionals, engineers, and designers, I helped shape Robonito into a scalable testing solution driven by real-world QA challenges.
I facilitated sprint planning, daily standups, user story creation, and retrospectives. I also drove the product vision by conducting competitive research, gathering user feedback, and translating insights into actionable product improvements. A key highlight was leading the AI integration initiative, which enhanced test efficiency and user experience by intelligently recommending test cases, identifying redundant flows, and improving regression suite coverage.

When I joined Robonito, the product was in its middle stage but wasn't launch-ready due to lack of planning, scattered priorities, and crucial information slipping through the cracks. One of my first steps was to organize the JIRA board properly and initiate daily standups to streamline communication and ensure that developers had a platform to raise their issues and clarify their queries in real-time.
To further enhance visibility and alignment, I conducted weekly retrospectives and backlog grooming sessions, which helped us get a clear picture of the product’s progress, identify blockers, and focus on impactful deliverables. I also took charge of end-to-end testing, provided UI/UX improvement suggestions, and created a comprehensive user guide to support onboarding and product usage.
Additionally, we redesigned the Robonito website to better reflect our vision and communicate value to our users.
This structured approach helped the team focus on must-have features and avoid getting lost in the weeds. It brought clarity, improved productivity, and moved the product significantly closer to a successful launch.
We also showcased Robonito at Qatar Summit 25 in Doha, where it received industry recognition and helped drive a 5% increase in platform demand post-event.
